Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2026-08-04

These terms govern your use of the Hustly app and this website. They are the agreement between you and company name. By creating an account you accept them.

The part that matters most is money: what you earn, when it becomes yours to withdraw, and under what circumstances it can be taken back. Those sections are written to match exactly what the system does.

1. Who can use Hustly

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be resident in a country we serve and use the app for yourself.
  • One person, one account. Additional accounts held by the same person are not eligible for rewards, no matter which device or email address they were created with.
  • The details you give us must be accurate — in particular your payout target, which must belong to you personally.

2. What Hustly is, and what it is not

Hustly connects you with offers from advertising partners: mobile games and apps to try, surveys to answer, and shops that pay cashback on purchases. When you complete one, the partner pays us and we pass on a share of that as your reward.

Your balance is a claim against us, expressed in euros. It is not a bank account, it earns no interest, it is not covered by deposit protection, and it cannot be transferred to another user.

We are not the provider of the offers themselves. Which offers exist, what they pay and how long they run is decided by our partners and can change or end at any time. We do not promise that any particular offer will be available to you, or that a given amount can be earned in a given period of time.

3. How a reward comes about

The reward shown on an offer at the moment you open it is the amount we will credit you if the offer is completed as described. The exchange rate used is fixed at that moment and is not recalculated later, even though our partner may settle with us weeks afterwards.

Games and apps. The partner reports back to us when you have reached what the offer describes — installing alone is usually not enough. The conditions are on the offer itself and are what counts.

Surveys. Survey providers screen participants at the start. If you do not match the target group, the survey ends early and is not paid. This is normal and not a fault of your account. Answers that are contradictory, given implausibly fast or clearly random are rejected by the provider and likewise not paid.

Shop & Save. Cashback can only be credited for a purchase that reaches the shop through the link in the app and that the shop reports back to us. It is calculated on the purchase value excluding shipping, taxes where they are shown separately, and any amount paid with vouchers or gift cards. Cashback lapses if the order is cancelled or returned. Using a discount code from a source other than Hustly usually cancels the tracking, and then no cashback arises — through no fault of ours, and we cannot restore it afterwards.

4. When a reward becomes payable

A confirmed reward first enters your balance as pending. It moves to available — the part you can withdraw — once the hold period for that offer has passed. The hold period is set per offer and is typically 14 days.

The hold exists because our partners can reverse a conversion within their own return window, for example when a purchase is cancelled or the partner detects invalid traffic. Without a hold we would pay out money that is later taken back from us.

5. Corrections and reversals

If a partner reverses a conversion, we reverse the reward. Where it is still pending it is simply cancelled. Where it has already become available, the amount is booked back and your balance can become negative; the shortfall is then offset against rewards you earn afterwards. We tell you when this happens and why.

We may also correct a reward that arose from an error on our side or from a manipulated conversion. Every movement of your balance is kept permanently — we never edit or delete an entry, a correction is always booked as a counter-entry. That is what makes it possible to reconstruct any balance at any point in time, which is as much in your interest as in ours.

6. Bonuses

Bonuses are a marketing incentive. They are granted under the conditions described here, and they can be changed or discontinued for the future — a bonus you have already qualified for is not affected.

  • First offer. €5 once your first offer is confirmed.
  • Welcome bonus. €2, reserved for you at sign-up and released once three of your offers have been confirmed. Until then it is visible in your balance but not withdrawable.
  • Referral. €2 once someone who signed up with your link has earned €5 in confirmed rewards. It is deliberately not paid at sign-up.

No referral bonus arises where the two accounts share a device, a payout target or a phone number. These are the cases in which a referral is in practice a person referring themselves, and they are checked automatically.

7. Payouts

  • You can request a payout of your available balance to PayPal from €5, or to a European bank account by SEPA transfer from €10. The two limits differ because a bank transfer costs a fixed amount to send.
  • Only one payout request can be open at a time. The next one is possible once the previous one has been paid out or rejected.
  • The payout target must be held in your own name.

Requests up to €20 are approved automatically. Above that amount, and in the following cases, a person reviews the request first: it is your first payout, your account is younger than 14 days, you changed your payout target within the last 7 days, the same payout target is used by another account, or unusually many accounts share a device or an internet connection. A review is not an accusation; it delays a payout, it does not cancel it. You can ask us to explain any decision and to have it reviewed again by a person.

Processing time after approval: expected duration per method. Fees: who bears which fees, if any.

If a transfer fails because the details you gave were wrong, the amount returns to your balance and you can correct the details and try again.

8. What is not allowed

  • Holding more than one account, or letting someone else use your account.
  • Faking or manipulating conversions — emulators, automation, click bots, altering your apparent location, or reinstalling to claim the same offer twice.
  • Answering surveys carelessly or dishonestly in order to get through them faster.
  • Placing orders with the intention of returning them, in order to obtain cashback.
  • Referring yourself, or creating accounts in order to collect referral bonuses.
  • Giving a payout target that does not belong to you.

If we have concrete grounds to believe one of these has happened, we may withhold the affected rewards, suspend the account while we investigate, or close it. We will tell you the reason, and you can object by writing to support@gethustly.app. Rewards that were earned properly remain yours and are paid out. consequences for the remaining balance on closure

We can terminate this agreement with notice period, and without notice where section 8 applies. Records of payments we have made are kept afterwards for as long as commercial and tax law require, as described in our privacy policy.

10. Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, faults at our partners and technical failures can make offers or payouts temporarily unavailable.
