What is Hustly?

Hustly is a mobile app that pays you for things you already do on your phone. Play a game to a set level, answer a survey, or shop through the app and get part of your purchase back. Everything you earn lands in one wallet, and you cash it out to PayPal or your bank account.

Is Hustly free?

Yes. There is no fee to sign up, no subscription, and we never charge you anything. We are paid by the advertisers whose offers you complete. Some offers do involve your own money, like a purchase you get cashback on or an in-game item. Whenever that is the case, it says so on the offer before you start.

How are rewards tracked?

When you open an offer, we attach an identifier to that click, and the partner reports back to us when you reach the goal. For games and apps that is a milestone, such as reaching a level. For surveys it is a completed questionnaire, and for shopping it is the confirmed order. The one thing that matters on your side: always start from the link in the app, or there is nothing to attach the reward to.

Why is a reward pending?

Because our partners can still reverse it. They have their own window for cancellations, returns and fraud checks, and if we paid out immediately we would be handing over money that is taken back from us afterwards. So a reward sits as pending first, usually 14 days, and the exact period is on the offer. It then moves to your available balance, which is the part you can withdraw.

How does Hustly cashback work?

Pick the shop in the app, tap through to it and buy as you normally would in that same session. The cashback rate is shown before you go. It is calculated on the price of the items, not on shipping or anything paid with a gift card. One thing to avoid: a discount code from somewhere else usually overwrites the tracking, and then no cashback arises at all.

How long does cashback take?

The shop usually reports the purchase within a few days, sometimes a few weeks. After that it stays pending until the return window has passed, because a returned order means the cashback lapses. Shops with long return periods therefore take longest. You can follow the status of every purchase in your wallet.

Which payout methods are available?

PayPal and SEPA bank transfer, to an account in your own name. PayPal starts at €5 and usually arrives within a day. Bank transfer starts at €10, because a transfer costs us a fixed amount to send and below that it is not worth the wait for you either.

Is there a minimum withdrawal?

€5 for PayPal, €10 for a bank transfer. Only your available balance counts towards it; rewards still in their hold period do not. The app shows both numbers separately, so you can always see how much is ready and how much is on its way.

Can I get paid the same day?

Often, yes. PayPal payouts are usually with you within a day of approval; bank transfers only move on banking days, so a Friday evening request arrives the following week. Requests over €20 and your very first payout are looked at by a person first, which adds a little time. And a reward has to have cleared its hold period before it can be withdrawn at all.

Can I use a VPN?

Not while completing offers. Advertisers pay for real users in a specific country, so a VPN, an emulator or a faked location makes the conversion invalid and they take the money back, which means we cannot credit it either. The same goes for second accounts. Rewards earned that way are cancelled, and repeated attempts can cost you the account.

What happens if an offer does not track?

Write to us and we will query it with the partner. Send whatever you have: when you started, which offer it was, and a screenshot of the level you reached or the order confirmation. Do it sooner rather than later. Partners only look back over a limited period, and after that even a well-documented case can no longer be checked.

That is up to you, and we would rather be honest about it than promise a number. Hustly is extra money, not a salary. Game offers pay the most but run over several days, surveys are small amounts for a few minutes, and cashback depends on what you were going to buy anyway. What is available to you also depends on your device and your country.
